Middle Full Stack Software Engineer (hybrid)

We are looking for A skilled and motivated Middle Full Stack developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building advanced applications that serve operational platforms across land, sea, air, autonomous, and underground domain. In this role you will:

Design and develop full-stack, scalable software solutions covering analysis, architecture, coding, testing, and deploymen

tImplement server-side and client-side components using Java or .NET and React / JavaScript

Use AI-assisted development tools and intelligent automation to improve efficiency, testing, and code qualityLead design processes and participate in implementation of new features and system enhancements

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and Agile environmentsTroubleshoot, debug, and maintain software applications

Mentor junior engineers while promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Document technical stages and monitor deployed systems

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Full Stack development with Java, JavaScript, and Reac

Proven experience in end-to-end web application development and microservices architecture

Experience with Agile development methodologies

B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline

Exposure to AI-based development assistants such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills

Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments

Experience in DevOps processes and CI/CD automation — Advantage

Experience in leading technical projects — Advantage
