Marketing Automation Specialist

About The Position:

We are seeking an Email + Marketing Automation Specialist to oversee the design, development, testing and execution of email marketing and marketing automation initiatives that are used to nurture leads, onboard customers, drive engagement and maximize conversions.

This role will work closely with a variety of internal partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery of campaigns and improve email and marketing automation effectiveness, including corporate communications, creative, growth marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, customer experience, sales and more.

This role involves transforming design mockups and content into functional email executions, nurture journeys/workflows and automated trigger notifications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for email marketing and marketing automation development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Create automated workflows and nurture journeys to personalize the user experience and deliver relevant, timely messaging to Cellebrite customers and prospects.
  • Monitor performance of email and marketing automation executions and programs to evaluate success and communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing operations leaders to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance and create recommendations to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing Support efficiency initiatives with the design and documentation of standardized templates and processes.
  • Partner with marketing operations, growth marketing, content marketing, corporate communications and other stakeholders to build and manage a long-term email schedule for publishing and executing.
  • Implement and test nurture journeys and automation workflows to ensure functionality and proper synchronization with backend systems such as a CRM.
  • Partner with creative team, UI/UX designer and other stakeholders to develop emails from design mockups using Marketing Cloud.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand our email and marketing automation based on user behavior, business growth objectives and goals.
  • Coordinate and manage internal QA and UAT testing processes with business partners and stakeholders to ensure emails and marketing automation executions are accurate, user-centric and compatible with primary devices and browsers.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in email and/or marketing automation related roles, preferably within a Salesforce environment.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience and proficiency with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Prime candidates will have working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring email and marketing automation performance and analytics to make necessary improvements to executions, nurture journeys, etc.
  • Foundational knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred but not necessary.
