Junior It Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our team and support the recruitment initiatives within the IT and engineering sectors. As a Junior IT Recruiter, you will play an essential role in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier talent, helping to drive our client's mission of connecting professionals with impactful opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Source and screen candidates, identifying those whose skills align with our client’s open roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to onboarding.
• Review job descriptions to understand client needs and select candidates who are a good match.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, expanding our client’s talent pool.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-quality talent, leveraging strategic thinking to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Execute innovative recruiting strategies across multiple sourcing channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Promote our client's employer brand online and offline, establishing an engaged and active talent community.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, ideally within IT or a similar technical field.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, databases, and sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing multiple sourcing channels and strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
