Endpoint & Microsoft 365 SysOps Engineer

Requirements:

• MS Infrastructure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, AD Connect, etc.
• Cloud and Identity Management
• Proven hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including:
• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) – strong knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, and role-based access control.
• Microsoft 365 services – including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint and more Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Experience with Amazon Web Services, especially:EC2, S3, Route53, FSx Virtualization & Infrastructure
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x – including installation, configuration, and system design.
• Familiarity with physical servers and Datacenter maintenance lifecycle.
• Operating Systems:Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Client OS, Linux distributions, and macOS.
• Experience managing macOS endpoints with Jamf Pro (or similar) in enterprise settings.
• Storage & Backup Solutions:Hands-on experience with NAS/SAN systems including:NetApp, QNAP, and BlueXP.
• Familiarity with backup systems, preferably Commvault/Metallic (advantage).
• AWS Cloud: Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and basic security controls.
• Security-conscious approach to system design, patching, and access control.
• Scripting & Automation:Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting for system administration and automation tasks.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise-scale production environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
• Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
