Overview

Qualitest is looking for an experienced Endpoint & Microsoft 365 SysOps Engineer with strong infrastructure and systems administration expertise. This role focuses on enterprise Microsoft environments, virtualization, storage, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint management.

We are seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer with proven experience in implementations, migrations, and troubleshooting complex production environments. The ideal candidate will have broad infrastructure knowledge across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud technologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Infrastructure & Endpoint Management

• Manage and support Microsoft infrastructure environments including:
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Entra Connect
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – IAM, SSO, RBAC
  • Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint environments across:
  • Windows Server & Client OS
  • Linux distributions
  • macOS endpoints (Jamf Pro or similar solutions)

Virtualization, Storage & Cloud

• Support and maintain VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x environments.
• Work with physical servers and datacenter infrastructure activities.
• Manage and support storage solutions such as NetApp, QNAP, and BlueXP.
• Support backup solutions (Commvault/Metallic is considered a plus).
• Work with AWS infrastructure components including EC2, S3, Route53, and FSx.
• Support hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure integrations.

Infrastructure Operations & Automation

• Participate in infrastructure implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues in enterprise production environments.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Follow security best practices related to patching, access control, and system hardening.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Systems/Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Strong infrastructure and enterprise systems knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem and VMware environments
• Experience with storage systems, ideally NetApp
• Broad operating systems administration experience (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English communication skills
