Endpoint & Microsoft 365 SysOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of end-user devices (Windows and macOS).
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): identity and access management, conditional access, SSO, and role-based access control.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) to ensure smooth collaboration and productivity.
• Provide Tier-3 IT support for escalated issues.
• Drive automation of endpoint management tasks using Intune, Jamf, and PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to enforce compliance, patching, and endpoint protection.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance endpoint performance, stability, and end-user experience.

Requirements:

• Endpoint Management Expertise
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (including Windows Autopilot), ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and Jamf Pro for managing Windows, macOS, and iOS endpoints 
• Covering device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, patching, software distribution, remote troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, conditional access, and RBAC.
• Microsoft 365 services: Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Security-focused mindset with awareness of endpoint and identity risks.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (advantage: Bash/Python for cross-platform tasks).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English – written and verbal.
