Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join an innovative and fast-growing startup poised to transform the risk assessment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing and developing web and mobile applications.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness throughout the deployment process of these applications.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle from design through deployment, guaranteeing applications are robust and market-ready.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient code and services utilizing modern web technologies.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, enhancing application functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical and project leadership, mentoring junior team members, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our platforms and development practices.

About You:

• A proactive team player adept at leading and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Over 5 years of experience in backend software development.
• Demonstrated success as a team leader or tech lead in developing and deploying web and mobile applications that are actively used in the market.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full backend development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in modern web and mobile technologies and software engineering best practices.
• A passion for delivering scalable and robust applications that drive business growth.
• Experience with backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling.
