Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of software engineers in delivering a high-impact, complex project.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in OOP technologies
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role, managing software development teams and complex projects.
  • Expertise in software design patterns, architecture, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
