Development Team Lead (ReactJS&NodeJS)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join and guide our development team. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with hands-on experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS, with a solid understanding of Linux-based environments. You will be responsible for leading the team in refactoring and re-writing web applications, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers and QA (front-end and back-end).

Oversee code quality, technical design, and software delivery through regular code reviews and agile ceremonies.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all applications.

Identify areas for continuous improvement in development processes and product performance.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of software development in a leadership role.

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong experience in ReactJS and NodeJS.Solid experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).

Comfortable working in a Linux-based development and production environment.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architecture.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Proven ability to lead and mentor developers while remaining hands-on with code.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other modern databases.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agile environment.

Knowledge of performance optimization, testing methodologies, and security best practices.
