VP - NextGen COE
Role Overview:
As the Vice President of the NextGen COE, you will drive the strategic vision and hands-on execution of our technology innovation hub. This pivotal role requires a deep mastery of diverse technology ecosystems, emerging automation frameworks, AI/ML advancements, and digital transformation strategies. The ideal leader is a visionary and a catalyst—skilled at uniting cross-functional teams to champion scalable, high-impact solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:
Lead the evaluation, adoption, and integration of cutting-edge tools and platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI/ML frameworks, cloud-native solutions, and advanced analytics to elevate operational efficiency. -
Innovation & Digital Transformation:
Drive forward-thinking initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and create sustainable competitive advantages through automation and artificial intelligence. -
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Forge strong partnerships with business units, IT, data science, and external vendors to ensure seamless alignment and successful delivery of COE programs. -
Governance & Best Practices:
Develop and enforce robust governance models, standards, and best practices that guarantee data integrity, technology compliance, and scalable solution deployment. -
Talent Development:
Build and nurture a high-caliber team of experts in AI, automation, and digital technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. -
Performance & Impact Measurement:
Define clear KPIs, track progress rigorously, and effectively communicate the impact of COE initiatives to executive leadership and key stakeholders. -
Change Management:
Lead organizational change efforts that embed a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. -
Experience:
-
18+ years of technology experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing technology innovation, COE operations, or large-scale digital transformation programs.

Proven expertise managing complex, multi-tool environments including RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI), and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).

In-depth knowledge of emerging AI, automation, and next-generation enterprise technologies.
