We are looking for a creative, skilled UI Developer who can combine the art of design with theart of programming. Also known as Front-End Web Developers, as a UI Developer, you will workon the aesthetic of a website to make it appealing to the user while maintaining the corefunctionality of the website. The selected candidate will work with back-end developers andweb developers to ensure that the website is optimized for several devices and presentedattractively.The right candidate must have a strong understanding of design principles and user experience(UX) design. He/she should be able to accommodate the aesthetic ideals of the company,product, or program they’re working for without compromising usability. Additionally, you willhave to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.H Work with your team to design and build software applications to function across multipleplatforms.@H Maintain and improve the website by developing new user-facing and mobile-based features.@H Build reusable code and libraries for future use.@H Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.@H Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.@H Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end.@H Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces in multiple platforms to ensure all designs rendercorrectly and systems function properly.@H Get feedback from, and build solutions for users and customers.@H Write functional requirement documents and guides.@H Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.@H Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptExperience with UI Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)Responsive and Adaptive Design TechniquesKnowledge of CSS Preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS)Competency in Version Control/GitUnderstanding of User-Centered Design PrinciplesExperience with Cross-Browser Development and TestingExpertise in Graphic Design Software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG)Experience with Front-End Build Tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Grunt)##########################################################################################################################################################################################3 Must have Skills:1. 2 –4 years of total experience in UI/UX development2.
