Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 4–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management, and will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across various technology and digital domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a mix of talent branding, direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, social media, and internal talent pools.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, ensure effective hiring strategies, and deliver on agreed hiring metrics.
- Use data, analytics, and reporting to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and support high-volume hiring initiatives and weekend recruitment drives
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology and digital skill sets, particularly in Testing and Digital Engineering domains.
- Coach and mentor junior recruiters hold team members accountable for both quantitative and qualitative performance outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights to ensure recruitment strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Leverage data and technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and deliver superior results.
Key Requirements:
- 4–10 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- SAP SuccessFactors ATS experience is preferred, added advantage
- Strong expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Open to working on weekend drives and large-scale hiring events.
