Job Description:
- Proven hands-on recruitment experience, specializing in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end candidate processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics, data, and reporting.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods.
- Ability to connect with and persuade candidates to pursue challenging roles at Qualitest.
- Solid understanding of core-skill-based hiring, particularly in QA and Digital Engineering technologies.
- Manage the full recruitment process efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level standards.
- Self-manage recruitment requirements, collaborating closely with hiring managers to drive effective hiring solutions and achieve recruitment targets.
- Focus on high-volume hiring, coordination, and ensuring delivery of recruitment requirements on time.
- Willing to conduct weekend drives (with allowances) and support large-scale recruitment events.
- Hold the team accountable for performance, measuring both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Leverage data and innovation to drive results.
- Stay updated on industry, competitor, and business trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop, track, and analyze global TA metrics to implement continuous improvement strategies and processes.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, especially in automation testing (Quality Assurance) and Digital Engineering.
- Preferred background in a services-based organization with experience in volume hiring.
- Experience with SuccessFactors ATS is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
