Employment Type: Contract to Hire, based on performance, we can convert to full time.
Duration: 6 month to 1 year

Job Description:

  • Proven hands-on recruitment experience, specializing in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end candidate processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics, data, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods.
  • Ability to connect with and persuade candidates to pursue challenging roles at Qualitest.
  • Solid understanding of core-skill-based hiring, particularly in QA and Digital Engineering technologies.
  • Manage the full recruitment process efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level standards.
  • Self-manage recruitment requirements, collaborating closely with hiring managers to drive effective hiring solutions and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Focus on high-volume hiring, coordination, and ensuring delivery of recruitment requirements on time.
  • Willing to conduct weekend drives (with allowances) and support large-scale recruitment events.
  • Hold the team accountable for performance, measuring both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Leverage data and innovation to drive results.
  • Stay updated on industry, competitor, and business trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop, track, and analyze global TA metrics to implement continuous improvement strategies and processes.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, especially in automation testing (Quality Assurance) and Digital Engineering.
  • Preferred background in a services-based organization with experience in volume hiring.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors ATS is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
