What you'll Do· Partner directly with India and global Cloud security engineering, teams to Design program KPIs and metrics, oversee and monitor program health and execution of key initiatives, providing clear insights into status, risks, dependencies, roadblocks and budget. · Design, develop and manage activities for a specific project or program from definition and planning through execution and launch.· Drive cross-functional collaboration across GEOs, to deliver business outcomes for high-priority programs through structured planning, execution, partnership, and communication. · Build trust through visibility by providing accurate and timely status reports, by collating data from multiple sources, and summarizing information efficiently.· Drive tactical decisions for your project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.· Effectively handle program financials, including driving accurate and timely financial forecasts. · Guide engineering teams to meet the Agile standard processes and bring alignment with Jira usage guidelines.· Apply and adapt best practices as defined by Security PMO for effectively managing programs.What you need to succeed· 5-8 years of experience as program manager, with solid track record of program and technical leadership in software, SaaS and/or related industry.· Strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with engineers, engineering leaders and executives in meetings, presentations and through writing.· Strong problem-solving skills to thoroughly understand and interpret the customers’ business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. · Technical expertise: Solid understanding of Cloud platforms and Kubernetes, and familiarity with Cloud security, Identity & access management fundamentals and knowledge of Operating System baseline security standards.· Agile practice experience in software projects, savvy with Jira and confluence.· Basic financial competence to support program budget forecasting, tracking and variance analysis. · Education: B. Tech, B.E. or equivalent. Good to have:· Data analytics with basic proficiency in querying data from Splunk & Data lake· DevSecOps and CI/CD Pipelines· Compliance and Risk GovernanceCertifications: CCSP, CISM, PMP3 must havesProgram / Product management 4/5Cloud platforms 4/5
