About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced, semi-technical Team Lead to oversee the Voice Live team. This is a dynamic, hybrid leadership role that requires a balance of people management and rigorous quality oversight. As the lead for a team of Data Analysts, you will be responsible for driving high-performance standards, ensuring data integrity, and fostering professional growth. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for process excellence, a skilled stakeholder manager, and a leader who can bridge the gap between operational delivery and technical problem-solving.Work Schedule & LocationLocation: NoidaWork Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (IST)Hybrid Policy: 2 days Work From Office (WFO) per weekKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementMentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, focusing on their technical proficiency and career development.Resource Planning: Manage resource allocation and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure balanced workloads and efficiency.SLA Delivery: Partner with cross-functional Team Leads to ensure the team consistently hits SLA targets for both quality and delivery.Capability Building: Identify training gaps and collaborate with L&D and Technical Writers to create robust documentation and training modules.Culture: Champion a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous process improvement.Quality Assurance & Data AnalysisData Integrity: Oversee complex data analysis within large-scale graph database systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy.Trend Analysis: Synthesize complex data sets into concise summaries, identifying key trends for stakeholder review.Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of operational solutions to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep-dive RCAs for process breakdowns or data quality issues to prevent recurrence.Technical Liaison: Proactively engage with Software Engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and data-related challenges.Communication & ReportingStakeholder Engagement: Lead Bug Triage meetings, presenting root cause findings and proposing long-term quality fixes.Executive Reporting: Draft concise reports for leadership that highlight performance, identify potential risks, and suggest actionable remedies.Metrics Management: Own the creation and delivery of Weekly Status Reports (WSR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.Required Skills & QualificationsLeadership Acumen: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle customer-facing interactions with professionalism.Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to engage effectively with Engineering teams.Analytical Thinking: Expert-level analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.Reporting Expertise: Proficient in capturing KPIs and delivering comprehensive business reports (WSR/QBR).Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in business English.Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.Flexibility: While scheduled for the 4 PM – 1 AM shift, the candidate must be flexible to provide 24/7 coverage as required by project needs.
