Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with over 5 years of experience in hiring across diverse domains including Finance & Accounting (F&A), Sales & Marketing, and IT Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Business and Delivery teams to understand hiring needs and requisition priorities.

Strategize and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for roles across F&A, Sales & Marketing, and IT verticals.

Manage both mass hiring drives as well as specific niche hiring requirements.

Utilize various sourcing channels including Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals effectively.

Maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and share timely reports with stakeholders.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in recruitment with exposure to multiple domains – F&A, Sales & Marketing, and IT.

Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and fulfilling critical roles within TAT.

Hands-on experience with recruitment portals like Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn.

Experience in handling mass hiring drives and niche skill-based hiring.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Flexibility to be based out of Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai.
