Test Manager to cover both of these:Pyramid replacement – Pyramid is reporting tool integrated with applications that we are replacing with Power BI. There are quite a good amount of reports both internal and customer reports generated out of Pyramid. We need to make sure PowerBI does that. Go-live is planned during September. Will need to work backward planning in terms of scope, estimates, tester requirements if any, timelines and end to end delivery of testing.End Point Cyber Hygiene – There is an App inventory being built to help CC end users to download applications with appropriate level of access privileges and appropriate security policies in place..TM would require to understand the scope and manage the testing similar to above project.
