TDM Lead

• Understand and implement end-to-end Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes with a strong focus on Test Data Management (TDM).

• Work on existing TDM architecture to interpret consumer data requirements and convert them into SQL queries for test data acquisition.

• Perform data subsetting, filtering, and profiling to identify sensitive information and prepare secure test data sets.

• Utilize GenRocket for data generation and Informatica TDM for data management activities.

• Build and enhance data generation scripts and utilities using Python.

• Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure test data integrity and availability across environments.

• Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards in all test data activities.

Must-Have Skills:

1. GenRocket profile with development experience in the health insurance domain (2–4 years).

2. Strong understanding of Test Data Management (TDM), STLC, and RDBMS concepts (schemas, objects, constraints).

3. Experience with Informatica TDM for data masking, subsetting, and profiling.

4. Hands-on experience in data subsetting, data profiling, and data masking.

5. Proficiency in writing medium-complex SQL queries.

6. Working knowledge of Python for building data generation or automation scripts.
