Job TitleFull Stack Engineer (+ TDM Engineer)Experience:6–7 years of total experience, with strong hands-on development experience (frontend + backend) and exposure to synthetic data or TDM automation.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and develop web and API-based self-service platforms for test data provisioning and management.2. Create and implement MVP solutions addressing identified TDM use cases.3. Build scalable frameworks, microservices, and APIs for TDM integration.4. Collaborate with architects and specialists to design end-to-end data generation workflows.5. Contribute to UI/UX design, backend development, and integration with cloud or TDM tools.6. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and automation across the stack.Must Have Skills:1. Strong proficiency in Full Stack Development using:2. Frontend: React.js / Angular3. Backend: Node.js / Python / Java (Spring Boot)4. Database: SQL / NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)5. Hands-on experience with RESTful API development, microservices, and authentication (OAuth, JWT).6. Knowledge of synthetic data generation techniques or integration with TDM tools.7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD implementation.8. Strong communication skills to work closely with architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.9. Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver working prototypes.Good to Have:10. Exposure to data masking, subsetting, or TDM automation.11. Understanding of DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, and API security best practices.Role Overview:Extensive hands-on experience in Web/API development, specialized in synthetic data solutions.
