Role - Sr Manager - TA Operations India Currently he is a Sr Manager and giving him same title and reports to TA HeadRole and Responsibilities:a)Responsible for managing and maintaining Master data trackers for all the TA related activitesb)Offer Management : Executing all modes of offers and maintaining offer data repository for the future reference.c)Sharing YTJ tracker on a regular basis to the Onboarding team and by closely working with concern TA Team mates.d)Audit Management : Handling Internal and external audit by maintaining historical evidences such as process documents, SOPs, SLAs etce)Daily analytics and weekly reports along with monthly performance outlookf)Entire VMS including Vendor registration, Vendor onboarding, Vendor Data Management, Vendor invoices checking/follow ups and processing in liasing with TA manager and share it with finance team.g)Vetting SOWs and MSAs by liasing with Corporate HR and also with Legal solicitors.h)Supporting and analyzing ATS tool configuration, implementation, customization from the TA point of view i)Liasing with all cross functions like HR teams , Onboarding teams, ICT, Legal and L&D teams j)CPH Analysis and Margin calculations on monthly basis k)Analyzing and advising on recruitment budgets to TA Head
