Subsidiary Controller

Functional Skills:

1. 14+ years’ Experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 2 years as a finance controller. Shared Services/ GIC experience preferred.

2. Hands on prior experience on Accounts Payables and Order to Cash Cycle..

3. Preparation and posting of entries like prepayments, accruals, reclass, payroll, etc.

4. Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.

5. Expertise around Inter company Accounting.Perform other month close activities as per Close Calendar, including P/L analysis

6. Work closely with 3rd party vendors, on statutory requirements

Other Skills:Education :

Graduate in Commerce, with a full time Master degree in Finance & Accounts/ ICWA/CAProficient in USGAAP/ IFRS and ability to interpret, assimilate and apply the concepts to underlying transactionsFluent in English – Both spoken and writtenWorking knowledge of MS Office, OutlookWorking knowledge of ERP System – Oracle NetSuite experience will be preferredWillingness to work in shiftsStakeholder managementSelf- driven individual as this is an Individual Contributor role, responsible for multiple legal entities with dual reporting to the Regional Finance Controller and the Shared Service Director.
