Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 9+ years of progressive experience in Software Quality Engineering, with at least 5+ years specializing in leading and delivering scalable test automation efforts for Workday platform.Hands-on proficiency with building functional, E2E test automation using automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright or Tosca for Workday platform.Demonstrated ability to implement in-sprint automation, consistently delivering test scripts within the same sprint cycle.Deep experience in leading end-to-end testing efforts, including comprehensive test planning, execution, UAT, regression, and functional testing.Proven technical leadership and mentorship skills, including conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex automation issues, and guiding QA engineers in best practices.Targeted Monthly Automation Scripts: 22Preferred QualificationsRelevant Certifications: Possess certifications in programming languages or test automation frameworks, demonstrating specialized expertise.Advanced Testing Knowledge: Hold an ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst or higher certification.API & Integration Testing Skills: Experience with OAuth, Single-Sign-On (SSO), REST Web Services, Postman, JSON, and XML.Version Control & Database Proficiency: Proficient with Git for version control and possess a working knowledge of relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.Strong knowledge of CI/CD integration with automated testing pipelines, in collaboration with DevSecOps teams.2+ years of experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS) and familiarity with integrating cloud-based testing solutions.Automation Framework Experience with the TOSCA test tool is a strong plus.Hands on experience with a range of automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and similar tools.3 must havesWorkday 4/5Tosca 4/5Performance testing 3/5
