Role Overview

Responsible for driving end to end Engineering ( Dev , Quality and Ops )  solutions for RFPs, transformation initiatives for delivery accounts, provide consulting support for a range of testing and development services

Key Responsibilities

Defining Solution Architecture: create technology solutions for quality engineering and application development aligning with client's business objectives, technology stack and leverages next generation capabilities such as Cloud, AI etc.

Sales Support: Support Qualitest's sales teams in responding to RFPs, conducting oral presentations, establish pricing models and participating in client negotiations

Requirements Gathering & Collaborations: Collaborate with senior stakeholders from client organizations to understand and gather their core requirements for technology solutions

Tools evaluation and rationalization : Assess various tooling and platforms within the client's ecosystem to select the most suitable options considering various strategic factors that are important to client including cost, performance, and compatibilityAdvisory and assessment : Perform strategic assessments covering all aspects of SDLC covering Development , Quality Engineering  and Application maintainenace etc.

Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks for solution delivery and document necessary steps to mitigate them, ensure the risks are clearly documented in proposal response.

Transformation acumen : Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing development and refinement of quality engineering solutionsThought leadership :Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices in the space of AI and engineering and act as trusted partner and advisor for our clientsInnovation: Contribute to ideation, innovation and solution development for Technology and deliveryEffective Communication: Communicate effectively with senior engineering leaders from client organizations in support of their strategic IT initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

Strong background in Application Development , Maintenance and  Quality Engineering Able to conduct assessments, pattern analysis, solution mapping Experience leading Development and QE transformation for large accounts with measurable outcomesExpertise across a range of development and testing tech stack, automation frameworks, non-functional testing tools, cloud platforms, architectural patternsExpertise in quality engineering, including automated and continuous testing practices, in-sprint automation, application of AI in quality engineeringStrong understanding of AI, GenAI disciplines, applying AI across SDLC and STLC, related use cases, knowledge of relevant tools and acceleratorsExcellent leadership, collaboration and communication skillsStrong solution mindset, analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to align technology solutions with client's business goals and objectivesAbility to drive change and influence stakeholdersStrong verbal & written communication skills combined with interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagementKnowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in both development and QEBachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Years of Experience : 12 years years in software development, Quality engineering, preferrably a combination
