Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior SEO Content Writer to join our content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create high-quality, engaging, and optimized content that drives organic traffic. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure content is aligned with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO tools and techniques to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, meta descriptions, and headline crafting.
• Content Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the content strategy, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging SEO practices to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content supports overall business goals and campaigns.
• Content Audits: Regularly audit existing content to ensure optimization and make improvements where necessary.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and SEO rankings.

Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior content writers, ensuring consistency in quality and SEO practices.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in content writing with a focus on SEO.
• Experience in a similar senior role is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Ability to create engaging, informative, and persuasive content.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand and target specific audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: SEO or content marketing certifications are a plus.
