Experience Level: 5-6 Years (B1) Key Responsibilities:- Execute detailed test plans and test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality.- Perform functional, regression and integration testing for Salesforce applications.- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools/sheets.- Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders.- Collaborate with developers and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.- Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the creation of test scenarios. Script the test cases by analyzing the user stories.- Maintain and update testing documentation for ongoing projects.- End-to-End testing, Smoke, Sanity and Regression Testing.- Able to work independently with no/low support.- Preparing metrics.- Debugging issues. Requirements/Must Haves:- Act as an individual contributor and communicate with client [4/5].- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle [4/5].- Proficiency in using: - Salesforce Service Cloud [4/5] - NetSuite [3/5], or similar platform.- Able to understand the client requirements, effectively communicate and highlight the blockers [if any], and share the status of the deliverables with client [4/5].
