Key Responsibilities

Architect & Design: Translate sophisticated sales‑domain requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures leveraging Territory Management, Collaborative Forecasting, Pipeline Inspection, and related Sales Cloud capabilities.

Develop & Customize: Build high‑quality Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL solutions; enforce coding standards and champion CI/CD and automated testing.

Integrate: Design and implement integrations with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP web services, and event‑driven or batch patterns for real‑time and asynchronous data flows.

Govern & Secure: Oversee user management, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and org security; optimize data models, performance, and platform limits.

Analyze & Innovate: Create impactful reports and dashboards; pilot Einstein AI features to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
-
Collaborate & Mentor: Engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, guide junior developers, and promote best‑practice adoption across teams.
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design, implementation, and support.

Deep expertise in Territory Management, Collaborative Forecasting, and Pipeline Inspection.

Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning / LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce.

Proven track record integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems via MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and other iPaaS platforms.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, user management, data modeling, reports, and dashboards.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Certification: Platform Developer I (PD‑I) (required); Platform Developer II (PD‑II) preferred.
Desired / Nice‑to‑Have

Sales Cloud Consultant certification.

Experience implementing Einstein AI tools.

CI/CD and automated testing strategies; exposure to AccelQ a strong plus.

Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban methodology.
