We are looking for a Manager of Sales Collateral & Content based in India to join our Go-To-Market team.Special call out to Women looking to restart their careers 😊 Employee Status: Full time EmployeeBase Location: IndiaTravel required as part of the job: NoRole OverviewA support resource who works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technology teams to build out, maintain, and regularly refresh sales collateral/content -- including customer references -- in a structured, organized, and holistic manner.Key Responsibilities & Activities•Develop/compile sales playbooks, collateral & content•Improve customer references program•Increase case studies relevancy & frequency•Publish battlecards & sales assets•Maintain sales overviews & presentation templatesKey Success Measures•Number of customer references & case studies published by key parameters (i.e. vertical, geo, solution area, etc.)•Complete, accessible, and up-to-date sales collaterals as measured by usage rates (downloads) and user reviews•Higher win rates and higher value of wins tied to reference/case study usageQualifications / Primary Skills:•Around 8-12 years of prior experience in similar roles•Excellent organization and communication (oral and written) skills.•Technology Services Industry Experience, preferably in Quality Engineering or Software Testing service companies•Excellent MS PowerPoint, word, SharePoint expertise- write / illustrate clearly, concisely, and persuasively. •Ability to manage multiple projects and manage different and shifting priorities in tight deadlines.•Flexibility in working hours to ensure deadlines are met. •Experience working cross-functionally, collaboratively, and in a matrixed, global organization3 must havesSales Collateral 4/5 Content Manager 4/5
