The VP/SVP of COE will spearhead the strategic vision and operational execution of our technology innovation hub. This role demands deep expertise in multiple technology tools, emerging automation frameworks, Al/ML, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader. skilled at orchestrating cross-functional teams and driving the adoption of scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Expertise: Lead evaluation. adoption, and integration of diverse tools and platforms including but not limited to RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Al/ML frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and advanced analytics.
• Innovation & Transformation: Champion innovative approaches to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and create competitive advantages through automation and Al.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT, data science teams. and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful implementation of COE initiatives.
• Governance & Best Practices: Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for technology usage. data integrity, and solution scalability.
• Talent Development: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of specialists across Al. automation. and digital technologies.
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs. monitor progress and communicate the impact of COE initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts to promote a culture Of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• 18+ years of experience and 5+ years in leadership roles Overseeing technology innovation, COE operations, or digital transformation programs.
• Proven track record managing multi-tool environments including RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Al/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure Al), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of emerging trends in Al, automation, and next-gen enterprise technologies.
