3 must haves:Strong SAP experienceStrong Automation experienceTest & Delivery Management experience15–20 years in ERP QA/Testing, with mandatory 8+ years in SAP and with 6+ years in a leadership role. • Good to have ERP skills - Salesforce, Oracle, Workday or D365.• A strong grasp of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, BW) and business processes. • Seasoned in SAP test strategy definition, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.• Good knowledge on Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, SAP Cloud ALM, Jira and other Test Management tools • Knowledgeable in SAP Activate and DevOps methodologies.• Experience in partnering with functional consultants, technical teams, and business process owners.• Lead, mentor, and coordinate testing teams.
