Given the nature of project, Qualitest team will also be conducting all the essential Project Management and Governance.Project Progress will be reported on a Weekly & Monthly cadence to client Stakeholders Any escalations around progress or deliverables shall follow the Qualitest escalation matrix shared with client Overview.As the Project Manager within the Qualitest team, you will lead and manage the delivery of the automation and testing program for client, ensuring that all project management and governance activities are executed to the highest standard. You will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, escalation management and governance oversight for the project, in alignment with stakeholder expectations, and following the Qualitest-client governance model.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead the project delivery for the automation/test program: define project plan, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies and risks.2. Manage the governance layer of the project: establish and maintain governance artifacts, steer committee inputs, meeting cadence, change control and escalation processes.3. Stakeholder management: able to interface with senior leadership, business stakeholders and technical teams; build trust and drive alignment.4. Governance mindset: understands formal governance frameworks, escalation mechanisms, decision-making hierarchies, change control and reporting disciplines.5. Communication & reporting skills: crisp, clear, concise; able to tailor report level (details vs summary) depending on audience; able to surface exceptions and decisions.6. Risk-&-issue-led: proactive in identifying risks/issues, driving mitigation, escalating when required, and tracking until closure.7. Report project progress to Aon stakeholders on a weekly and monthly cadence: produce and distribute status reports, dashboards, highlight progress, risks, issues, dependencies, next steps and decisions.8. Ensure any escalations around progress or deliverables are managed according to the Qualitest escalation matrix shared with Aon: track escalations, ensure resolution ownership, monitor outcomes.9. Facilitate project meetings (kick-off, status, change control, risk/issue workshops) and ensure that action items are captured, owners assigned, and closures tracked.10. Coordinate across cross-functional teams: automation engineers, test leads, infrastructure, application architecture, business analysts, QA, DevOps & operations. Ensure alignment of deliverables with application/infrastructure/functional test strategy.11. Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests: maintain risk/issue registers, evaluate impact, escalate as needed, ensure mitigation and corrective actions are executed.12. Maintain project documentation: project charter, plan, schedule, status reports, governance logs, escalation logs, change logs, lessons learned.13. Monitor project metrics and KPIs: schedule adherence, deliverable completion, defect trends (if relevant), resource utilization, budget/effort (if applicable), quality gates. Provide visibility to senior stakeholders.14. Ensure alignment of automation/test delivery with client’s quality, architecture/infrastructure and functional requirements: coordinate with test architecture, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to validate that deliverables align with the agreed strategy.15. Drive continuous improvement in project management and governance practices: identify opportunities to optimize reporting, escalation, governance workflows and knowledge sharing across the program.3 must haves
