Responsibilities:

• Lead as an experienced delivery manager, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations.
• Actively engage with customers to solicit, analyze, and negotiate requirements, ensuring the project team develops solutions that meet the customer’s true needs.
• Proactively minimize requirement defects upfront and maintain clear agreements between the customer and project team on deliverables.
• Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment across various levels of management.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, business sponsors, software end-users, and application development staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead meetings with business stakeholders to solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements, obtaining formal sign-off on business requirements.
• Work closely with developers and technical staff to assess effort requirements for tasks and collaborate with the business community to define the project scope.
• Assist with project planning, including defining methods, processes, tasks, and schedules.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company’s core values.
