Portfolio Lead:In this role, the manager will support the lifecycle of a large portfolio, leading project-level reviews, optimizing standards, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses, and mentoring colleagues. The Portfolio Lead should not only be comfortable talking with high-level business leaders about individual portfolios, but also help us define KPIs and create a roadmap for companywide operations.Roles & Responsibilities1. Manage day-to-day portfolio activities and establish working plan for each project phase2. Analyze and appraise deliverables, costs, and results3. Facilitate project reviews and checkpoint meetings4. Analyze key performance indicators to produce reports on portfolio and projects5. Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success6. Answers all the pressing questions. It’s their job to also clear up all lingering doubts and nurture the partnership in a transparent manner.7. Supports you in the development of business ideas. They do it by sharing insights with the Delivery team to improve client experience, identifying potential risks, and seizing investment opportunities and following market trends.3 Must Have:Test Management experience 10+ years 4/5Must have lead a team of ~100 4/5Communication Skills 4/5
