Performance Engineer: BAU Support Web Migration:Grade: A2Experience: 3-5 YearsWe are looking for a Performance Engineer responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring performance tests to ensure applications meet defined SLAs and non-functional requirements (NFRs). The role involves identifying bottlenecks, analysing system behaviour under load, and providing optimization recommendations. Key Responsibilities1. Design and develop performance test scripts for CRM, Web, Mobile, APIs, and batch processes2. Execute load, stress, spike, and endurance testing scenarios3. Simulate concurrent users and high-volume transactions across platforms4. Perform API and integration performance testing between CRM, Web, and Mobile systems5. Monitor application, database, and infrastructure metrics during test execution6. Identify bottlenecks such as slow queries, concurrency limits, memory leaks, and integration latency7. Execute JMeter tests using Docker containers8. Support distributed load testing in Kubernetes clusters9. Analyse CPU, memory, network, and container/pod-level metrics10. Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations11. Re-test fixes and support release readiness validationRequired Skills1. Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter preferred)2. Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)3. Experience testing Web and Mobile application performance (API-driven approach)4. Hands-on experience with Docker5. Knowledge of Kubernetes for distributed execution6. Understanding of APIs, databases, and integrations7. Ability to analyse logs, metrics, and monitoring dashboards8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills9. Experience working in Agile environments
