(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas As a Sr. Executive is an individual contributor independently responsible for one or more of the functions of Facilities Department. •General Administration - Complete in-house administration & helpdesk management (Housekeeping services, Stationery & Printing & Cafeteria services) for internal customers. •Management and effective utilization of the consumables •Security Services - To monitor the security staff and to ensure adherence to the company security policy. To Vigil office premises. •Travel Management: - Arrange and take care of all official international travels (Visa processing, Ticketing and related documentation etc)(2) Competencies – Technical / Functional and ManagerialMandatory Technical / Functional:Functional: Monitor office supplies and place orders, when necessary, Keep updated records and files, Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.) Proven experience in facilities and admin or relevant position, Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.), Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping, Proficient in English (oral and written),Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word),Strong communication and people skills, Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities and Customer service orientation and good knowledge of international travels(Visa processing, Ticketing and related documentation etc)(3) Level of interaction - External & Internal•External: Vendors for equipment service providers, – for FMS, procurement of items, for F&B etc, for organizations of employee events.•Internal: Team members, Employees, Managers•Operational: For fulfilling of requirement of the employees or managers, queries on various facilities provided etc.(4) Education / Experience / Skill sets Education: Graduate/ Equivalent Experience: 5 – 6 YEARS in IT/ITES/ service sector or Hotel Industry (5) Personal AttributesProactiveness: Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction of the internal customerResponsiveness: Ability to manage time and respond to the needs and concerns of the employees in an effective and timely manner.
