Manager/ Senior Manager, Analyst RelationsThis role will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with the global analyst community to strengthen Qualitest’s market positioning, credibility, and visibility. This role ensures that leading analyst firms understand our, capabilities, differentiation and client outcomes.Working as part of the global marketing organisation, the role partners closely with executive leadership, product and solution leaders, sales, and communications teams to develop a structured analyst engagement program. The Analyst Relations lead will manage briefings, inquiries, research participation and major analyst evaluations, ensuring consistent messaging and strong representation in industry reports.This role requires someone who understands the analyst ecosystem and can translate company strategy into narratives that resonate with analysts covering digital engineering, quality engineering, AI and enterprise technology services.Key responsibilitiesAnalyst engagement and relationship management• Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts across key firms including Gartner, Everest Group, Forrester, NelsonHall and other relevant advisory organisations• Manage regular briefings and inquiries to ensure analysts remain informed on strategy, offerings, innovation and client success• Identify priority analysts by coverage area and influence, and build targeted engagement plans• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the analyst communityAnalyst program management• Develop and execute a structured global analyst relations programme aligned to business priorities• Manage participation in analyst evaluations such as Magic Quadrant, Wave, PEAK Matrix and other benchmarking reports• Coordinate RFI and RFP responses, ensuring strong positioning and accurate data submission• Track analyst sentiment, coverage and rankings to inform marketing and leadershipNarrative development and positioning• Translate company strategy, product innovation and client outcomes into clear narratives that resonate with analysts• Partner with product, engineering and industry leaders to ensure consistent positioning across analyst interactions• Ensure analysts understand differentiation in areas such as AI enabled quality engineering, digital transformation and enterprise testing servicesExecutive engagement• Prepare executives for analyst briefings and inquiries, including messaging, background insights and anticipated questions• Provide feedback and insights from analyst interactions to leadership• Support thought leadership opportunities such as analyst events, research participation and speaking engagementsMarket intelligence• Monitor analyst research and industry commentary to identify market trends, competitive positioning and emerging narratives• Share insights with marketing, strategy and leadership teams to inform positioning and messaging• Track competitor performance and positioning within analyst reportsInternal alignment• Work closely with marketing, communications, product and sales leadership to ensure analyst messaging aligns with broader company strategy• Partner with PR and communications teams to amplify analyst recognition and research coverage• Maintain internal documentation of analyst engagement, feedback and coverageCandidate profileExperience• Minimum 8 years of experience in analyst relations, technology marketing, communications or industry advisory• Experience working with global analyst firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, Forrester or NelsonHall• Background in enterprise technology services, digital engineering, quality engineering, consulting or similar sectors• Experience managing analyst evaluations and research submissionsSkills• Strong understanding of the analyst ecosystem and how firms evaluate vendors• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear positioning narratives• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills• Excellent writing and briefing preparation skills with proficiency in MS excel, power point, word, etc.• Highly organised with strong program management capabilityAttributes• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail• Comfortable working with senior executives and industry analysts• Ability to synthesise market intelligence into actionable insights• Collaborative and able to work across global teams3 must haves• Analyst Relations (AR) programme management.
