Functional Skills:

1. 12-16 years’ Experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5+years in Shared Services

2. Handled end to end Accounts Payable for India/US/EMEA regions.

3. Have handled Travel and Expenses and Credit card settlements

4. Set up and implemented effective governance for the process

5. Driven automation initiatives for improving process efficiency.

6. Supervised teams of minimum 5 membersOther Skills:Education : Graduate in Commerce, with a full time Master degree in Finance & AccountsFluent in English – Both spoken and writtenWorking knowledge of MS Office, OutlookWorking knowledge of ERP System – Oracle NetSuite / Oracle R12 / SAP [Any one ERP desirable].Willingness to work in shiftsExcellent Stakeholder managementSelf- driven individual, with an ability to keep his team motivated.Intuitive thinking and Problem- solving skills3 must havesFinance and Accounts 4/5ERP System 4/5
