Role: Manager - India FinanceType: Full Time EmploymentGrade: C1 – Manager FinanceLocation: BangaloreFunctional Skills:1.10-12 years’ Experience in General Accounting & Reporting of India based Entity, 2.Good working knowledge of Statutory submissions, Audit, Compliance, Indirect Taxes like GST, Direct Taxes – TDS & Corporate tax.3.IC X-charge and Branch Accounting.4.Payroll – Monthly Journal booking, Reconciling the Deductions against payments. 5.Reconciliations – Bank + IC Recons + Accruals + Prepayments + Fixed Assets6.Billing based on T&M or Fixed rate contracts.7.Month end close – booking manual journal vouchers, Adjustment journals, Revenue & Cost Accruals, Cost Allocations. Ledger close.8.Profit & Loss variance analysis / Balance Sheet Reconciliations9.Monthly Revenue / COGS / EBITDA review and analysis10.Team Management – Experience of 4-6 years in Team Management, Goal Setting, Performance assessment.11.Prior experience of working in a SEZ unit would be an added advantageOther Skills:1.Qualifications – Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant / B.Com.2.Knowledge of any ERP system like Net Suite, Quick books, SAP, Oracle. Working Experience in Net Suite will be preferred.3.Fluent in English4.Working knowledge of MS Office products – Excel, Word, Outlook5.Based in Bangalore.
