EXP : 3 to 5 yrsThe Implementation Technician plays a critical and integral role in ensuring that our clients have an effortless experience while migrating to new upgrades. It is a role that will offer challenge and growth to a recent college or university graduate with some related experience, exceptional listening skills, and the ability to interact with customers with confidence and empathy. Here's some of what you will be asked to perform:  •Handle scheduled implementations of software installation updates, coordinating with the Onboarding, Quality Assurance and Development teams to ensure smooth and timely transitions •Listen and understand customer needs and requirements using professional customer service skills and genuine interest •Perform pre-implementation checks to ensure system requirements are met as well as post-implementation checks to ensure the system is ready for use •Test data, monitor progress and troubleshoot client issues, maintaining clear reporting and communication •Implement controlled release features, get the feedback from customers and record findings as needed •Effectively utilize supporting systems including CRM, TFS, Outlook, Knowledge Base to accurately and completely record all customer-related interactions and activities What does it take to join our team?  This is a role to challenge more than your technical skills! It will test your ability to collaborate with other IT professionals to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and resolve issues while helping users with various levels of technical expertise. Your background should include: •A degree or diploma in computer science or closely related field  •Previous experience with help desk support, IT support, software quality assurance, documentation •Familiarity with MS CRM, GoToAssist Remote Access software, MS SQL databases, and ideally TFS •Flexibility and adaptability to react to changing priorities and effectively manage changing expectations in a calm, professional and pleasant manner  Required Skills: MS CRM, GoToAssist Remote Access software, MS SQL databases, and ideally TFS PHI-Related Certifications: we don't require a PHI certification, but we are curious what you have in your agreement that helps protect against improper/malicious use of patient data your employee would interact with.3 must havesDesktop support 4/5ITIL 4/5Remote access / software installation 3/5
