Job Title: Immigration Specialist – US & UKExperience: 6–7 YearsLocation: Hyderabad / Chennai / Noida / BengaluruDepartment: HR Shared Services / Global Mobility________________________________________Role SummarySeeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to manage end-to-end US and UK immigration processes including petitions, extensions, documentation, and compliance. The role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, employees, and immigration attorneys to ensure timely and compliant mobility support.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Manage visa lifecycle for US (H-1B, L-1, B-1/B-2, OPT/STEM, Green Card stages) and UK (Skilled Worker, ICT, GBM, Visitor).• Coordinate with immigration attorneys for filings, RFEs, and case strategy.• Maintain trackers, documentation, and compliance readiness.• Act as SPOC for employees and stakeholders on immigration queries and timelines.• Support travel readiness, visa stamping, and deployment planning.• Validate attorney invoices and track case costs.• Provide reports and identify process improvement/automation opportunities.________________________________________Required Skills• Strong knowledge of US & UK immigration processes• High-volume case management experience• Excellent stakeholder communication• Strong documentation and tracker management• Attention to detail and compliance mindset________________________________________QualificationBachelor’s degree required; HR/Law/Business preferred. 6 – 7 years of Experience in IT services/global mobility.
