FMIS Test Analyst (WMS)

Experience:

8+ Years in SAP WMS, Must have SAP Warehouse Management experience, Test management tools (Qtest, Jira, ADO, ALM).

Good to have:

• FMIS/FinanceSAC/Datasphere8+ years of experience in SAP WMS module"
• Strong understanding of Warehouse management systems
• Experience and exposure to Finance Module and S4HANA will be added advantage"
• The candidate is responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on testing activities related to FMIS Testing
• The Test Analyst will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that all system functionalities are thoroughly tested, validated, and meet business requirements.
• The role involves Functional testing, ensuring that defects are identified and resolved before go-live.
• Analyst must have knowledge of Definition & Management of the defect process for the project across all defined test phases including resolution & trend analysis.
• Knowledge on test management tools like qTest, Jira, ALMRoles & Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the overall test strategy, test plan, and test schedule
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts across WMS and Finance modules, including integration, data validation, reporting accuracy, and UI/UX testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and development teams to understand business requirements and map them to test scenarios.
• Manage test resources and oversee test case design, execution, defect triaging, and reporting.
• Track and report test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior QA/test team members.
