Team Leadership & Management: 1. Lead and manage a team of 150+ direct reports comprising development and testing resources2. Establish and maintain high-performance team culture and engagement3. Own end-to-end project management including scope definition and baseline setting2. Manage change control processes and impact assessments3. Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial performance4. Deliver projects within approved budgets while maintaining quality standards5. Balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent engagementsStakeholder & Client Relationship Management 1. Serve as primary stakeholder interface for healthcare clients2. Ensure clear communication and expectation alignment with clients3. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional partners4. Address escalations professionally and resolve conflicts strategically5. Conduct executive reviews and business reviews with key stakeholdersDomain & Technical Expertise 1. Build and enhance delivery organizational capability and maturity4. Mentor and develop delivery managers and technical leads Required QualificationsExperience & Background: 1. Minimum 12-15 years of IT services delivery experience2. At least 5+ years in healthcare domain delivery3. Proven track record managing 150+ member teams directly4. Strong experience scaling teams and building delivery organizations5. Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously Leadership & Management 1. Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and talent development2. Strong ability to motivate and retain high-performing teams3. Experience managing teams in matrixed and distributed environments4. Proven ability to develop future leaders and succession planningCore Competencies 1. Expert-level communication skills with diverse audiences2.
