Job Title: Director – Design LeadJob Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 10 YearsLocation: Bangalore, hybridAbout the roleThis role is responsible for leading all design and video output across brand, digital, and campaigns, while managing a small in-house creative team. You will oversee a small team of designers and video editors, ensuring all work meets brand standards, supports marketing priorities, and is delivered to a consistently high quality.You will work in close partnership with content and social media teams, translating briefs into clear creative direction and ensuring delivery is efficient, on-brand, and commercially effective. Ownership of messaging, content strategy, and channel performance sits outside this role.Key responsibilitiesTeam leadership and management• Manage a small team of designers, including a graphic designer and video editor• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure deadlines are met• Provide clear direction and structured feedback to maintain quality and consistency• Support development and raise the overall capability of the teamCreative direction and brand governance• Own the visual execution of the brand across all channels• Ensure consistency across digital, video, presentations, and campaign assets• Act as the final quality control point for all design outputGraphic and visual design• Lead the creation of high-quality marketing assets including presentations, social content, campaign visuals, and sales materials• Remain hands-on for priority or complex work where requiredMotion and video oversight• Direct video and motion outputs, including campaign videos, social content, and internal communications• Work closely with the video editor to improve storytelling, pacing, and production qualityCross-functional collaboration• Partner with content and social teams to deliver creative against defined briefs• Ensure design supports messaging and campaign objectives without owning them• Collaborate with digital and UX teams to maintain visual consistency across web and product interfacesProject ownership and delivery• Manage multiple design projects end-to-end, from brief through to delivery• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and ensure timelines are realistic and met• Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environmentCreative development and improvement• Raise the overall standard of creative output across the function• Identify opportunities to improve templates, processes, and ways of working• Stay current with tools, trends, and best practices relevant to B2B and technology marketingQualifications• 10 years of experience across graphic design, motion, and digital design• Proven experience managing or mentoring designers• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and video-led work• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant motion tools• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to balance hands-on design with team leadershipPreferred experience• Experience in B2B, technology, or professional services environments• Exposure to global brand management across regions• Experience working within marketing teams delivering campaigns at scaleRole expectations• Accountable for quality and consistency of all design output 4/5• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment 4/5• Able to challenge briefs and push for stronger creative outcomes where needed 3/5
