Location: Samsung client office Noida100% work from client officeJob TitleStorage & Backup AdministratorExperience Required4–6 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support for MacBook, iMac, and macOS-related issues (login, performance, applications, updates).Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including email, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and collaboration toolsAssist in device setup, configuration, and deployment of Macs for new hires and existing staff.Support software installations and updatesHandle password resets, account access, and security compliance checksEscalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support or vendor teams as needed.Maintain accurate records of support requests in the ticketing systemEnsure all Mac devices comply with IT security and corporate policiesEducate end users on best practices and basic troubleshooting for macOS.Required Technical SkillsGood understanding of macOS, Apple hardware, and basic troubleshooting steps.Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and common productivity tools.Basic knowledge of network troubleshootingAbility to follow processes, document solutions, and escalate when requiredStrong communication and customer service skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field / MCAKnowledge of Windows or mobile device support.Apple certification (ACSP, ACMT) is a plus.
