Delivery Manager

Must-Have Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Testing
• At least 5+ years in transformation leadership roles
• Hands-on experience in implementing TCoE (Test CoE) or QE governance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management experience with VP / CXO-level engagement
• Proven track record of leading large-scale QE transformation programs

Technical & Domain Skills

• Expertise in modern automation frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, WebDriverIO
• Experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance domains

Nice to Have

• Certifications: SAFe, PMP, CSM, ISTQB Advanced, Cloud Architect certifications
• Exposure to LLM / Generative AI integration in QE platforms
• Strong background in AI/GenAI-driven automation modernization
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Role Summary

The AI-Led QE Transformation Delivery Manager will drive enterprise-wide modernization of Quality Engineering by introducing AI-first capabilities, strengthening TCoE and TaaS operating models, and establishing robust quality governance frameworks. The role focuses on implementing scalable automation and continuous testing practices while partnering with senior technology leaders to accelerate digital delivery with improved quality, speed, and efficiency.
