3 must haves:- Functional Testing 4/5- Dayforce experience 4/5- HR business process experience 5/5Key Responsibilities:- Develop, review, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for Dayforce.- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing across HR modules (Payroll, Core HR, Time, Benefits, Talent, etc.).- Validate end-to-end HR business processes, ensuring compliance with business rules, policies, and legal requirements.- Work closely with business SMEs to capture requirements and translate them into test coverage.- Ensure all test outcomes are logged, tracked, and reported using the test management tool - Azure DevOps- Identify, document, and track defects/issues through to resolution.- Support test data preparation and environment validation.- Collaborate with vendors, HRIS teams, and integration partners to validate Dayforce integrations with external systems (e.g., Finance, ERP, Benefits providers).Required Skills & Experience:- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Test Analyst, ideally in HR/HCM application testing.- Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Core HR, Workforce Management).- Deep understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.- Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.- Exposure to test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
