Job Description:We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Annotation Specialist to join our team andcontribute to the success of our Lens project. As a key member of the team, you will beresponsible for annotating images and videos to support the development and training ofcomputer vision models. This role involves ensuring data quality, maintaining consistency, andcollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve model accuracy and performance.Responsibilities:● Label and annotate images and video data accurately according to project guidelinesand specifications.● Collaborate with the project team to define annotation standards, testing criteria, andbest practices.● Review and audit labeled data to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.● Develop and execute test plans to validate the performance and accuracy of computervision models.● Analyze testing results, provide actionable insights, and help improve the data labelingprocess.● Maintain detailed documentation of the annotation process, including annotations, testcases, and test results.● Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any data quality issuesor concerns.● Continuously monitor and optimize annotation workflows for efficiency and accuracy.Must-Have Skills:● Languages: Proficiency in Marathi (Mr) is essential.● Strong experience working with Google Sheets for data tracking, analysis, andreporting.● Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Calendar and Google Docs.● Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and provide clearupdates.● Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.● Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality.Desired Skills (optional but beneficial):● Experience with Python or scripting languages for automating data annotation tasks.● Familiarity with machine learning and computer vision concepts.● Knowledge of data pipeline processes in machine learning projects.● Familiarity with image/video labeling tools and data annotation concepts.●Work Location:● Bangalore● Hybrid setup● Shift timings: 4 PM to 1 AM IST
