Oracle SME to lead the testing efforts for Oracle.As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining the planning, and executing test cycles, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with development, project management, business analysts, and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and performance of these ERP/CRM systems.Define test plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure all testing requirements are met within project timelines.Establish and manage testing frameworks, processes, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards. Test Execution & Management: Oversee the execution of test cases across multiple platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements.Ensure robust end-to-end testing of customizations, configurations, workflows, and integrations between Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and other systems.Monitor test progress, report defects, and work with development teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to review requirements and provide testing insights.Act as a liaison between the testing team and key business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on testing objectives.Provide regular reports on test status, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.3 must havesOracle 4/5ERP/CRM 4/5
