Need B2 Resource with below mentioned skillset:Role OverviewThis role will lead and coordinate UX research activities, ensuring that research methods, execution, and outputs align with project needs and support the client effectively throughout the engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch Advisory: Recommend and differentiate between appropriate remote UX research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, persona research, crowd testing, left‑hand/right‑hand evaluations) based on customers evolving requirements.Crowdtesting Oversight: Work closely with the designated delivery team member to ensure crowdtesting setup, recruitment, and reporting accurately reflect research goals and deliver meaningful insights.Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for the customer team, participating in bi‑weekly sprint touchpoints, answering questions, refining research goals, and supporting ongoing decision‑making.Usability Testing Execution: Structure and conduct remote usability testing with U.S.‑based target users and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the customer.Required Experience8+ years experience in UX testing and played client‑facing roles, with the ability to communicate research rationale and findings clearly.Proven UX research and interviewing experience, including planning, moderating, and synthesizing user feedback.Demonstrated capability with remote testing methods, including both moderated and unmoderated studies, as well as crowdtesting workflows.3 must havesUX 4/5Usability testing 4/5
