Performance QE / Senior QE (LoadRunner; experience with JMeter is a plus) – 4 to 8 years 4–8 years of experience in performance testing with strong hands-on expertise in Load Runner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis) and good knowledge of insurance domain projects. Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and execute performance test scripts for Web and API-based applicationsPerform different types of testing such as load, stress, spikes, baseline and endurance testingAnalyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendationsWork closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issuesExperience in gathering NFR from scratch for performance testing project.Understand hardware and software architecture to effectively design and execute performance testsExecute end-to-end performance testing across distributed systemsMonitor application and system performance using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similarPrepare detailed performance test reports with key metrics (response time, throughput, error rate)Support performance testing activities in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)Good understanding of system architecture (web, application, integration layers and database layers)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsExperience with LoadRunner Cloud and service virtualization tools is a plusFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologyKnowledge of Apache JMeter is a plus
