JD1. Collaborate with cross functional team to collect non-functional requirements and develop performance designs, test strategies and plans.2. Collaborate to define a Retail services enterprise strategy for the Performance design activities.3. Devise an Automation based approach to reduce the toil on the test data dependencies across the platform landscape.4. Identify performance bottlenecks across all tiers, components, layers.5. Work with Solution Architects and Technology teams in the establishment of performance goals, performance monitoring, and performance benchmarking, troubleshooting 6. Setup and review SLAs for Production applications and how they can be mirrored in Non Production environment and measured against those defined SLAs. Manage governance of performance to SLAs and ensure all systems are operating in the SLA.7. Build tools to automate managing IT Operations including CI/CD, Monitoring/Alerting, Incident response8. Work with performance testing , engineering, and monitoring tools such as JMeter, Datadog, Splunk in identifying the pattern, troubleshooting complex performance issues, profiling, finding memory leaks and identifying/actively providing suggestions in fixing them9. Define strategy for Chaos testing / engineering and use tools such as Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, AWS Fault Injection Service (FIS) to simulate the failures.10. Worked in AWS Serverless performance & cost optimization11. Worked in iOS Native app performance profiling & analysis12. Built Business & Technical dashboards using DataDog RUM & Splunk and integrated PagerDuty for alert creation
