CoE - Digital Engineering - Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Define, standardize, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management processes.
• Lead the implementation of multi-stage “pipelines-as-code” using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD platforms.
• Collaborate with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to enable Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Continuous Testing (CT).
• Implement containerized and serverless deployment solutions on AWS, including Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
• Develop and maintain configurable CI/CD/CT pipelines with integrated quality gates and security controls.
• Drive automation for application build, testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and Dark deployments.
• Establish and monitor DevOps performance metrics, including DORA metrics.
• Integrate security scanning, compliance, and governance controls into DevSecOps workflows.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and development teams on engineering best practices and DevSecOps maturity improvements.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure DevSecOps processes comply with organizational audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation solutions for DevSecOps.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 9+ years of overall IT experience with:
  • 6+ years in DevSecOps/DevOps engineering
  • 4+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
  • Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration
  • AWS and Azure cloud platforms
  • Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• Experience integrating and managing tools such as:
  • SonarQube
  • Snyk
  • Artifactory
  • Maven
  • Selenium
  • RestAssured
  • JMeter
  • LambdaTest
  • Liquibase
  • AWS Secrets Manager
  • EasyVista
• Strong scripting/programming expertise in Groovy, YAML, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, release orchestration, and secure SDLC practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, CloudWatch, ELK/OpenSearch/Kibana, and OpsGenie.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent cloud certification.
• Experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into DevSecOps automation workflows.
• Exposure to multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, IAM, and enterprise monitoring frameworks.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide DevSecOps transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and secure software delivery standards.
